By creating an account or using Buildaloo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.

Buildaloo is a creative platform where children ages 5–12 build apps and games through voice interaction with an AI assistant named Loo. Parents create accounts, manage child profiles, and oversee their children's activity.

Parents are responsible for creating and managing child profiles. Each parent account may have up to 5 child profiles. Parents are responsible for all activity under their account and their children's profiles.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Upload or transmit harmful content
• Use the platform if you are under 18 without parental consent

Games and apps created by children on Buildaloo belong to the account holder (parent). Buildaloo retains a license to host and display published content on the platform. You may request deletion of any content at any time.

Buildaloo uses artificial intelligence to help children create games. While we implement safety filters and content moderation, AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected. Parents should review their children's creations periodically.

Buildaloo uses PostHog for product analytics to understand how parents use the platform and to improve the service. Analytics cookies and scripts are only active on parent-facing pages (login, registration, parent dashboard).

No analytics cookies, scripts, or tracking of any kind are used on children's pages. Server-side analytics collect only aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify individual children. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep Buildaloo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Buildaloo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildaloo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
